I stumbled upon this blog today. Wow!! I am also a Deshastha Brahmin following Madhwa sampradaya. I can trace my origins only up to my great grand father. He was in Triplicane, Chennai. Even I was residing in Triplicane during my childhood days. Not sure when my ancestors moved from Tanjore to Chennai. Few of my relatives have married Smartha Deshastha Brahmins/Kannada Madhwa Brahmins.
ReplyDeleteI discovered your blog today by accident and enjoyed your posts with their humor! Good work!
